Welcome to Glenwood Springs High School Athletic Registration

 

Parent/Guardians, Complete the Registration Process here.

 

Please read and follow these steps carefully to be fully registered. 

IMPORTANT:  You are only registered once ALL steps are completed.

 

 

Step 1: Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Athletics Office. 
Physicals are good for 12 months from exact date of your last physical.  You can get the blank Physical Form by clicking below.

Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it in to the office or upload it in the registration page.
 
Please plan ahead to take care of your physical before the first day of practice.  If you have any questions please contact the athletic department office at 384-5553 or 384-6022.

Step 3:   Click the icon below to register for a GSHS athletic activity.

(includes all forms in one).
If you are registering for a district athletic program such as boys or girls swimming, boys or girls golf,
boys lacrosse, girls lacrosse or ice hockey , please register under the school that houses that program.

Step 4:  Pay your Activity Fee.  $125.00  

Online payments will be available when the student athlete's account has be updated.

You will be notified when payments are available to be made.

Check or cash will be accepted in the Main Office. Credit Cards may also be swiped in the Main Office.

  Make check payable to the
high school at which you are participating. Please put your child's name and sport in the memo portion of the check. 
If your sport makes selections please wait until after selections have been made to make your payment.

 


Step 5:  Please bring $100 uniform deposit to the office.  Cash or Check only.  No credit card payment available for this. 
Cash or check is held as security for equipment/uniforms and is good for the school year.  This check will not be cashed
without prior notification. 

 


Step 6:  If you are transferring from another school please contact the athletic office at 970-384-5553 or 970-384-6022.
 


Step 7:  Students that are not attending Roaring Fork School District RE-1 must provide a high school transcript, and a current class schedule.

                          

Step 8:  Team Manager must complete the online registration but no physical or payment is required.

 

 

Once you complete these steps, you are registered and can participate in your activity.
